Blue Talent is a service business that will manage several community programs in the twin cities area. Blue talent will provide mental health solutions, and independent living skills with quality service and affordable for most people. BTD intends to help finding affordable, accessible housing, housing stability/ household management resources and organizational skills. BTD will do Employment Services, ILS (independent living skills), homemaking, companion ship & housing stabilization services.

Independent Living Skills Program (ILS)

The Independent living skill program is a program intended to develop, maintain and improve the living skills of a person.Individuals will improve their coordination, self care, meal planning and time managment.

Housing Stabilization Services Program

Housing Stabilization is covered by the CADI waiver program (Community Access for Disability Inclusion Waiver). This program is for people with disabilities & seniors. The Housing Stabilization is a Home and Community Based Service (HCBS).

Business Development

We provide training & support services to best serve the needs of business partners/companies. Our organization empowers business owners to become well-rounded to reach their full potential. Many members of our community struggle with business development. BTD intends to bolster access to business resources & services for the Minnesota business owners and globally. We connect clients to business resources such as, education, technical and finance resources.
